Relove SA offers standard shipping rate of $9.95. Any item that is nominated as “Pick Up Only” in its description can be collected in person from the store. If you require a quote for a “Pick Up Only” item, please contact amelia@relove.com.au.

Your parcel will be posted within 1-3 business days.

Parcels will be sent by Australia Post or courier depending on the item purchased.

If you would like your item sent via Express Post, please contact us via amelia@relove.com.au prior to paying for your items for a postage quote.

**Please note that we post items Tues-Fri while we are in the store. Once your order has been posted you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it’s on your way. Every effort will be made to post the item out at the earliest possible time.

INTERNATIONAL
Please contact Relove via amelia@relove.com.au to organise a quote for international shipping. Each quote is based on weight and dimensions of products selected.

Click & Collect – Store Pick Up/Collection
To help our local customers avoid postage charges, Relove offers click and collect service in store. You will received an email once your items have been package and are ready for collection. Please ensure you check the store opening times and have your email order ready to show our customer service staff. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please advise us at amelia@relove.com.au

Relove SA prices are all in AUD and include Good and Services Tax (“GST”) where applicable. Prices on our website are subject to change without notice.

Relove SA will display items in the clearest manner possible and provide as much description as possible to ensure you have detailed information about the item you are purchasing. Please keep in mind however that you are viewing products via a computer screen and some colours may vary slightly.

ONLINE RETURNS / EXCHANGES
By purchasing an item, you agree to the following:
Please note: No returns on sale items, jewellery, hair accessories, underwear, swimwear, gift cards or skincare.

If you change your mind, make the wrong selection you may exchange your item(s) for a product of the same or higher value or store credit (which ever you prefer), Providing:
• It is within 30 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase (tax invoice) is required
• The item(s) are in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached
• The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, not used, not altered, soiled or damaged, including scissor cuts, and in original condition
• The items(s) do not smell of perfume/deodorant so please take due care when trying on your order.
• For hygienic reasons home/giftware, cosmetics, makeup, hosiery, swimwear or earrings cannot be returned.
Please note one exchange per order.
Returned items not satisfying the above criteria will be automatically returned to the customer at your own expense and online staff reserve the right to reject a returned item.

How do I return an online item?
Please e-mail amelia@relove.com.au with your reason for return and we will be able to discuss/ organise a store credit for when we receive the item back.

Due to the popularity and hand made nature of our product range, we cannot guarantee that we will have a similar product in stock to exchange your item. For this reason, any online returns will automatically be issued as a store credit that will allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item.
Returns are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. You will receive an email with details of the store credit.

Store Credits are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Any refunds that occur will be refunded to point of payment used for that order (credit card or gift card.) If a gift card was used the item will be refunded to gift card as gift cards/ store credits are not redeemable for cash. Any remaining payment that was processed on other payment methods will be refunded thereafter.

STORE CREDIT
– Store Credit must be used within 6 months of receiving the store credit.
– Store Credit is not redeemable for cash or any other monetary sum.
– Store Credit extension past the 6 months may be extended in some cases.
– Please notify us if you have not received your credit voucher.
